Sports physicals must by updated with the District to register. They can be emailed to physicals@isd624.org

Sports physicals are to be updated every 3 years.

If you submitted a sports physical for a different sport, you DO NOT need to submit another one for Swim & Dive.
WELCOME to the WBLAHS Girls' Swim & Dive Team!
We are a no-cut program open to swimmers and divers of all skill-levels in grades 7-12. There is a place for everyone on our pool deck. Practices begin on Monday, August 12 from 4:00 - 6:30 p.m. at the White Bear YMCA.
Want to learn more about the team?
Join us for an informational potluck meeting on Thursday, August 8 at 6:30 p.m. at Lakewood Hills Pavilion (located behind the White Bear YMCA)
Attend Captain's Practices!
They are open to all girls in grades 7-12 who are interested in joining the team. More information can be found below.

Practice is held at our Home Pool - White Bear YMCA

There is no practice on meet days.
Transportation
Buses are provided for all conference away meets. Student Athletes are expected to ride to and from away meets as a team. Buses are provided for certain away Invitations meets on Saturdays. Watch for emails from Coach Tia.
Home Meets
Team members must be at the Y by 4:00pm (middle schoolers are to arrive by 4:30pm), suited up and ready to go. Warmups start at 4:30pm. Meets starts at 6:00pm.
